Big size units with bathroom. The breakfast for cornflakes & bread to toast. Handy location for Otematata, so close to rural New Zealand, the coast and Otematata for an overnight stay.

The service was GREAT with parking onsite. The location was nice and handy, not far from the nearest bakery, Ocean, and restaurant and bar and easily accessible.
The hotel needed updating.

greatly enjoyed the place, simple for short stay. the rooms were good value for money and well-equipped, included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making equipment. the location was great on the ocean to alps bike tour.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

A comfort triple room with a large bath to soak in has basic facilities you need. Coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges are a nice touch.
The bathrooms are very dated.
